International Subscriptions
Thank you for your interest in our publication. Due to
expensive mailing costs it is necessary for us to charge a small fee to
international subscribers. This fee will cover our mailing costs for a one
year subscription. You will receive six issues on an every other month
basis, with
hopes of publishing more often in the near future. If you are unable to
cover the mailing costs we welcome you to view our online pdf version for free.
CANADIAN SUBSCRIBERS:
Please send a check in the amount of $13.00*, to
receive six issues, payable in U.S. funds to the address below.
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIBERS:
Please send a check in the amount of $32.00*, to
receive six issues, payable in U.S. funds to the address below.
